guru randhawa Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India's first National Museum of Indian Cinema in Mumbai. Many stars including Kapil Sharma became part of the event. Last night, the comedian shared a picture with PM appreciating him for his sense of humour. The latter has now responded to his tweet and his sweet words will surely put smile on Kapil s face. Modi stated that he is happy with Kapil s appreciation.
PM Modi took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, When @KapilSharmaK9 appreciates somebody's humour, it sure makes that person happy and I am no exception. Thank you for the kind words Kapil.

Earlier, Kapil praised Modi s inspiring ideas and views about the film industry. He tweeted, Respected pm Sh @narendramodi ji,it was nice meeting u n great knowing ur inspiring ideas and progressive views about our film industry and our nation. N sir I must say u have a great sense of humor too! Regards. (sic).
Meanwhile, National Museum of Indian Cinema (NMIC) is divided into 9 sections comprising The Origin of Cinema, Cinema comes to India, Indian Silent Film, Advent of Sound, The Studio Era, The impact of World War II, Creative Resonance, New Wave and Beyond and Regional Cinema.

A couple of days back, many Bollywood stars including Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt met the PM as part of a delegation meet to discuss issues concerning the film industry. The stars even posed with Modi and their selfie went viral on the social media.
On a related note, Kapil is riding high on success after The Kapil Sharma Show performed well on the TRP charts. He produced a Punjabi film titled Son of Manjeet Singh which featured Gurpreet Ghuggi in the lead. The movie did a decent business at the box office..
