'Gully Boy': Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kubbra Sait turn up the heat at music launch
It was a big day for ‘Gully Boy’ yesterday as the star cast including Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin along with director Zoya Akhtar entertained a maddening crowd in Mumbai at the music launch of their film.
While Ranveer and Alia performed to the songs from their film, they were surprisingly joined by rappers Divine, Naezy and others on stage to add the punk.

Ranveer was seen in a silver jacket that he paired with neon outfit while Alia looked pretty in a shimmery green and pink dress. She kept asking the crowd to chant ‘Apna Time Aayega’ as they enjoyed every bit of it.
‘Gully Boy’ co-producer Farhan Akhtar (Zoya's brother) was also there. The event was hosted by ‘Sacred Games’ actress Kubbra Sait.
The film is about a budding street rapper from the slums of Mumbai. Alia Bhatt, who has been cast opposite Ranveer Singh, plays the role of an aspiring medical student. It is inspired by the struggles and work of rappers Divine and Naezy.
‘Gully Boy’ releases on February 14.
