It's a wrap! Alia Bhatt announces last day of Kalank shoot with director Abhishek Varman and Aditya Roy Kapur
Earlier today, Alia Bhatt announced the wrap of her upcoming film Kalank. The movie which is one of the most anticipated films of 2019 for being a multi starrer, had begun shooting last year after the final cast was announced officially. Abhishek Varman, who made his directorial debut with 2 States, directed the period drama that is set to release on April 19, 2019.
Sharing the news with her fans, Alia posted a picture of herself hugging director Abhishek Varman and Aditya Roy Kapur. With vitality in her eyes, she shared how it is an emotional time when a movie wraps up. She wrote, "KALANK has wrapped but the heart is still wide open!! For those who understand it and for those who don’t.. when you wrap a film it feels like a part of you just combusts.. especially when you’ve worked with your friends and family.. Crossing our fingers and toes for the journey ahead.. Cant wait for you guys to see the visuals.."
