BHOPAL: Teacher activist who is fighting case against higher education department (HED) for alleged violation of reservation of roster in High Court has said that higher education department is not filing correct information in the court. The activist, DP Singh said that the recent reply filed by HED in case related to violation of roster in quota for the specially-able was incomplete and misguiding. He said the department has said that it has allotted quota for the disabled at sanctioned posts and not advertised posts. “This is misguiding information and also incorrect,” said Singh. He sail that he will be meeting the CM and HED minister along with correct facts and expose the officials who are misguiding minister.
